I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with my experience at Quality Auto Center in Springfield. Andy, the sales rep who helped me, and Sue, who I spoke with, before coming in, were amazing. Andy worked very hard to get me a great deal, and Sam, in Finance, not only got me approved, but at a rate ...better than I thought I could get. They have earned a customer for life! Show more

5 stars for Peter and Sam. We walked in to test drive a car. Peter was very knowledgeable on all of the models and features, but most importantly he was patient as we worked numbers and were making our decision. He was sitting with us going over all of the details of the car and how to use differen...t features, again staying past closing time to make sure we were comfortable driving away. His priority was making us satisfied customers over everything else. Financial process, with Sam, was super smooth (thank you Donna) Show more

After going to 2-3 used car dealerships, we decided to purchase our Mercedes C300 from Quality Auto Center, mainly because of salesman Jimmy. He was very personable and professional and was also able to give us a very good deal. Juan in finance was absolutely wonderful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth and that we had a great experience. I had a great experience buying my car from Quality Auto Center in Springfield. Before I came in I spoke with Sue, and she answered all my questions and was able to schedule my test drive, on a day that was convenient for me. Then when I arrived, I met with Andy, and he went above and beyond showing... me all of my options. There was no pressure on purchasing the car. I felt peace of mind driving off the lot, and I will most definitely be back. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends, family, and any other potential buyers. Show more
