I have had the best experience at this fine dealership. My new friend Jimmy Diaz is the best. He made the process of purchasing my Grand Cherokee as easy as it can be. I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with my experience at Quality Auto Center in Springfield. Andy, the sales rep who helped me, and Sue, who I spoke with, before coming in, were amazing. Andy worked very hard to get me a great deal, and Sam, in Finance, not only got me approved, but at a rate ...better than I thought I could get. They have earned a customer for life! Show more

Peter was very knowledgeable on all of the models and features, but most importantly he was patient as we worked numbers and were making our decision. He was sitting with us going over all of the details of the car and how to use differen...t features, again staying past closing time to make sure we were comfortable driving away. After going to 2-3 used car dealerships, we decided to purchase our Mercedes C300 from Quality Auto Center, mainly because of salesman Jimmy. He was very personable and professional and was also able to give us a very good deal.
