I had the best experience here at Quality Auto Center. After my car of 10 years finally gave out, I bought a beautiful 2014 Honda Accord. Before I came in, I spoke with Cassandra, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Then I was fortunate enough to have Jimmy Diaz, as my salesperson. He knew t...hat I was working with a tight budget, and didn't have the best of credit, or a big down payment. Jimmy took me into the lot and showed me several cars that fight my budget and reviewed each car in detail with me, so I could understand. After careful consideration, I went with the Honda Accord. I highly recommend this dealership, and Jimmy, to anyone looking for a good used car. Show more

My experience at Quality Auto Center, in Springfield, was wonderful, especially working with Jimmy Diaz. After some pretty bad experiences, at other dealerships on Route 22, I found the best customer service and deals at Quality Auto Center. Jimmy was a god sent. He was professional, knowledgeable,... and TRUSTWORTHY!!!! I left Quality Auto Center with my new 2015 Mercedes-Benz C300 for significantly less than what others on Route 22 were offering. I worked with a great salesman, Danny Duran. When I was going through the process of choosing the right car. Danny went above and beyond to make sure I chose THE right car, for my needs, and more importantly, for my budget. I was very leery, of shopping for my next car alone, being a single woman, a...nd all the stories I've heard. Danny dispelled all those 'rumors'. The car buying process is rarely an enjoyable one. However, my recent purchase went as smoothly as one could expect, primarily due to an excellent salesperson, Jimmy Diaz. I stopped by their showroom, this past Monday, with some time constraints. Jimmy knows the Mercedes-Benz vehicles very well, ...and quickly and thoroughly explained all the features on the C300 I selected. There was no hassle when I said I would have to think about it. The following day I returned and we completed the purchase. Jimmy went out of his way to help and make me feel at ease during the purchase. He even recovered some things I left in my trade-in vehicle, including my EZ pass. Show more

I cannot say enough good things about Quality Auto Center! Peter, Juan, Henry and Sam were amazing from start to finish! I am a recent college grad and needed a good, reliable, economically priced vehicle, now that I'm out in the working world. Peter showed me a number of vehicles that fit my likes,... and payment range, and let me decide exactly which one I liked best (I chose the 2014 Honda Accord).
