All the people at Quality Auto in Springfield are fantastic! I purchased my vehicle there last year & they worked with me with pricing! Even though I have a BMW place 5 mins away from me, I’d rather drive the 45 mins it takes to get to Quality Auto in Springfield for all scheduled maintenance! Mar...ilyn & Maria were very gracious & made my little bit of wait time pleasurable! The work they do here is top-notch also! I look forward to my next visit with them! I wish I could more stars to the girl that works at the front desk. she went out her way to make me feel comfortable. she truly is an amazing worker. you can tell her enjoys her job. without a doubt she is an amazing person

I hope I thanked you profusely as well, while I was there. I am pleased with my purchase.(white S550) Thank you both, I am always grateful f...or kindnesses and benevolencies, done on my behalf. :-) Update..I needed to go back for a wheel sensor, Marilyn and Maria took care of me. Very friendly car sales men when compared to most of the dealers on route 22. They got some amazing cars too. I wasn't disappointed and bought a Range Rover from there. It's a great car and pulls through like a beast amidst traffic and gives a great view.

Quality auto center is excellent and very accommodating when it comes to their customer service. Andy did a great job and got me into the exact car I was interested in. Maria took care of my vehicle registration and plates and called me when they were ready so I didn’t have to worry about any of t...hat. Marilyn at service is phonominal! She is so helpful with anything I needed or any issue I had she is so personable and friendly. she takes great care of me! She went above and beyond for me. She even went as far as helping me get information on an extended warranty that didn’t benefit her In any way. She’s amazing! Lewis the mechanic did everything I asked and repaired/replaced anything that needed to be done (small things such as the cup holder and glove box). Needless to say I am definitely satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received and continue to receive anytime I walk into this dealership! Show more

I had the best experience here at Quality Auto Center. After my car of 10 years finally gave out, I bought a beautiful 2014 Honda Accord. Before I came in, I spoke with Cassandra, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Then I was fortunate enough to have Jimmy Diaz, as my salesperson. He knew t...hat I was working with a tight budget, and didn't have the best of credit, or a big down payment. Jimmy took me into the lot and showed me several cars that fight my budget and reviewed each car in detail with me, so I could understand. After careful consideration, I went with the Honda Accord. I highly recommend this dealership, and Jimmy, to anyone looking for a good used car. Show more
