First time car buying experience in used car dealer and did not expected much but this place is great. Especially new salesmen Frank is best ever. I had great deal with Maserati and happy to recommend to all my friends and family.

Dealt with many car dealers but this place is honest and dedicated to satisfy us. After finding what we want online last night, I still didn't expect to walk out with the car exactly what we wanted. Recommend this place. Frank made our day. THANKS!!!

All the people at Quality Auto in Springfield are fantastic! I purchased my vehicle there last year & they worked with me with pricing! Even though I have a BMW place 5 mins away from me, I’d rather drive the 45 mins it takes to get to Quality Auto in Springfield for all scheduled maintenance! Mar...ilyn & Maria were very gracious & made my little bit of wait time pleasurable! The work they do here is top-notch also! I look forward to my next visit with them! Very friendly car sales men when compared to most of the dealers on route 22. They got some amazing cars too. I wasn't disappointed and bought a Range Rover from there. It's a great car and pulls through like a beast amidst traffic and gives a great view.
