I have never met any sales manager like Jimmy, he his indeed one of a kind. I strongly believe that the way he handles customers flows from the working culture of the Quality Auto Center of Springfield dealership. The company possesses several massive cars in its used cars inventory. February 27, 2019 Quality Auto Center did everything in their part to demonstrate their respect and quality service to their customer. I am glad I purchased my vehicle at Quality Auto Center. *** November 27, 2018 I received my license plate. Sam is an honorable person. *** It is November... 10, 2018 and I have not received my license plates. The temporary expired on 10/17/2018 and I was not offered a temp extension even after numerous request. I am paying for car insurance, and vehicle note without the ability to use the vehicle. Jimmy is still the best guy in the world, good person. **** Original Review Quality Auto Center is amazing! Jimmy is the best sales person ever! When I walked into the dealership and greeted Jimmy I knew that I found the right place without even looking at my future car. When I got the chance to see the inventory I was astonished. The inventory list is extraordinary and the condition of the vehicles superb. In addition Sam and Jimmy managed to get me an extraordinary deal and went above and beyond in meeting all of my needs. Buying two vehicles from a dealership means you trust the company to get the best price possible. Quality Auto Center of Springfield has Jimmy and Danny, two guys that are exceptional in selling and car trading. The first was a 2016 BMW 5-Series for me and then a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC for my girlfr...iend turned wife. If you need a new car look no further. Visit Quality Auto Center and choose a car you like. They offer financing, too. You can have a very nice and almost brand new car for cheap. I'd surely recommend you going there, you won't be left disappointed. It's a very reliable dealership which doesn't sell... cars in bad condition, so I strongly recommend it. Show more

Today is the best day since I got a cool car at the Springfield Auto Center, its super quality amazed me. There are used cars, but all vehicles are proven and luxury quality. And most importantly, there is a test drive, not everywhere now there is such an opportunity. I'm now a happy owner of a brand-new Mercedes. It's a used car, of course, but it's in amazing condition. I got it at Quality Auto Center. They trade used cars and their condition is just awesome.
