I've recently decided to buy a used car and my friend referred me to Quality Auto Center of Springfield. These guys have a really huge variety of vehicles in stock. It was not easy to make a choice actually. The manager Sam organized a great test drive with 5 vehicles I liked. At least I got an exce...llent luxury Audi A4 Premium Plus for more than a fair price. Awesome dealership! This place has an awesome selection and amazing prices. I bought a car from them 6 months ago and the process was very simple. I left the place with an amazing deal. I dealt with Sam when closing the deal and all the paperwork, and he was great! When it came to getting my plate...s, which was two weeks after the expiration of my temp, I dealt with Maria. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. She told me that the last lien holder didn't release the title to them quickly enough. I didn't believe her at first, but when I called my new lien holder they gave me the same response. From more research I found that when a used car has a previous lien holder, it takes time for them to find and release the title of the vehicle. I recently took my car here for service, as well. The service adviser, Marilyn, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I even got to meet their shop foreman who is a very professional and a great mechanic. Would I buy another car from them? Yes! Will I still bring my car to them for service? Yes! I highly recommend this dealership. Show more

Outstanding service to get a used car for a fair price. I worked with the salesperson Danny and he did a great job finding out all the details that were important for me and helped me with financing so I applied for great credit conditions. Very professional!

For me this service turned out to be the best, I had problems with the electronics in the car and I wanted to replace all the working fluids, so the masters did their job very quickly and efficiently, for a very nice price. I recommended this service for the car to my friends, after the maintenance ...they were also satisfied. Thank you very much now we are your customers. Andy was delightful during my visit to Quality Auto to purchase a used car. The financing, test driving, and deal took less than forty minutes and went without any hassles. I was able to test drive the vehicle, and am totally pleased with their quality service, thanks, guys

Quality Auto it's a great service for car and best problem-solving. All as Marilyn told me, they returned my car to perfect condition in time. I have a Ford Focus, they replaced the pads and fixed oil leaks. Keep it up!
