I got a 2016 BMW for my wife from this dealership at an affordable price. The Salesman, Jimmy, made trading the vehicle so effortless and pleasant, I recommend him. Thanks for the quality service

It was an outstanding experience to have a deal with Quality Auto Center, this is how you feel when you work with the professionals. I was looking for a used car and was accidentally referred to their website. After browsing through the inventory with the cars I had in mind some desired variants, Hy...undai Tucson was my favorite. So I called and made an appointment. I talked to Danny and he provided me with all the information I would like to receive about that car. Everything was great so it was easy to make the deal. Overall really really great experience. When I called I spoke to Stefany and she was so nice and knowledgeable. Sam took his time, explained and answered every question I asked when I signed my paperwork. My salesman Carlos was awesome. I told him exactly what I wanted and he did not try to push me ...into something else. Plus I really just love my car!!! I've heard nightmares about buying cars but not here. Actually, I was nervous because it was my first time buying a car. The people at Quality Auto Center, especially Danny were really helpful and made me feel valuable and respected my time. The inventory was incredible and I got the best deal in less than 2 hours.

Excellent and professional Team with an outstanding attitude. I traded in my car and found a successful deal on a used car. Financing a used car is very easy here unlike other dealerships I have visited. Keep up the quality service guys; I recommend them to family and friends.

I was shopping online for a Mercedes-Benz M-Class. Quality Auto Center of Springfield had the vehicle I was interested in. The car was in excellent condition! I had a test drive right away. I saw a Mercedes-Benz M-Class online and came to see it with my wife. The dealership had a beautiful showroom with a lot of cars. After coming to see the car, getting help from Danny and Juan, I had a test drive and in 1 hour I drove away with exactly what I wanted.

The process was very straightforward - the salesman (Omar) was helpful and transparent. I purchased a Honda Accord and it was clean and drove beautifully. I'm really happy with my experience at Quality Auto :) 10/10 would recommend
